How we decide what goes in
Supplements are a lightly regulated category. That puts the burden on the manufacturer to be straight with people — and on you to check. Here is what we do and how to verify it.
Formulation
Every active ingredient appears on the label with its exact amount per serving. We do not use proprietary blends, which let a manufacturer list impressive ingredients without disclosing how little of each is present.
Where a nutrient exists in several forms, we choose based on absorption research rather than cost — magnesium as glycinate rather than oxide, vitamin K2 as MK-7, zinc as picolinate. These cost more per unit and we think it is worth it.
Manufacturing
Our products are made in facilities operating under current Good Manufacturing Practice (cGMP) regulations for dietary supplements, as required by 21 CFR Part 111. That covers ingredient identity verification, batch records, equipment sanitation, and controls on who can release a batch for sale.
Testing
Each lot is tested before release. The standard panel covers:

Certificates of Analysis are filed by lot number. The lot code is printed on the base of every bottle — contact support with that code and we will send the corresponding COA.
How we talk about benefits
Dietary supplements are not drugs and cannot legally be marketed as treatments. You will not find claims on this site that a product treats, cures, or prevents any condition, because we are not permitted to make them and because they would not be true.
What you will find is structure and function language — describing the role a nutrient plays in the body. If you are managing a health condition, the right first step is a conversation with your doctor, not a supplement order.

Tracking is emailed when your label is created. Orders placed after 2pm ET ship the following business day.
Returns
Sixty days from delivery, opened or unopened. If a product is not right for you, email support with your order number and we will send a prepaid return label.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the return is scanned by the carrier — typically 3–5 business days for the funds to appear.
